The league announced on Tuesday that Houston's Amen Thompson and Miami's Terry Rozier have been suspended following a fight that occurred near the end of Miami's victory over Houston earlier this week. In addition to the suspensions, two other players and coach Ime Udoka have been fined for their involvement in the altercation.

Thompson has been suspended two games without pay — he instigated the incident by throwing the Heat's Tyler Herro to the ground — and Miami's Terry Rozier one game for escalating the event by jumping in and going after Thompson on the ground.

Rockets guard Jalen Green has been fined $35,000 and Miami's Herro $25,000 for their roles in the fracas. However, the largest fine went to Houston coach Ime Udoka, $50,000, for "verbal abuse of a game official and failing to leave the court in a timely manner following his technical foul and ejection."

All that was over this incident in the final minute of the Heat's win on the Rockets' home court this week.

After the game, Herro said, "Guess that's what happens when someone's scoring, throwing dimes, doing the whole thing. I'd get mad, too." Udoka commented, "They were in each other's faces, bumping chests a little bit. One guy is stronger than the other." NBA Twitter tended to side with Udoka on that one, but Herro got the win and will take it.
