Steven Adams and Mason Plumlee tossed out after heated altercation in first half

During a heated battle for a rebound with just three minutes remaining in the first half, the two towering players found themselves entangled. As they moved away from the basket, Adams, positioned in front of Plumlee, hoisted him up off the ground and forcefully brought him back down to the court in a display of physical dominance.

Plumlee landed on top of Adams and the two continued to scuffle while on the ground as players and officials from both teams rushed over to the pileup.

They were soon separated and Plumlee was bleeding on his forehead above his right eye after being pulled away from the melee.

The play was reviewed and both players were given double technicals and ejected.
