Just a few months ago, the Boston Celtics clinched the NBA title. However, the league wasted no time in releasing the schedule for the 2024-25 season last week, offering a head start to teams who share arenas with NHL teams as they gear up for a busy year ahead.
One of them will be Utah Hockey Club, who will soon find themselves with the Utah Jazz in the same Delta Center (story on that coming soon).
And we know that one particular Utah Jazz player in Lauri Markkanen is a big-time supporter of the NHL.

We also remember how I posed the question of who could be the best fit for basketball on the Utah Hockey Club.
Well, almost a month before training camp, it appears (according to Michael Carcone) we have our answer.
In a post on social media yesterday, Carcone states forward Alex Kerfoot would be a great candidate for a tryout -- as the next shot in the video shows the Harvard grad banking in a turnaround jumper.
But you'd have to watch the full video to see he's got some competition; defenceman Sean Durzi did his best LeBron James wave-off impersonation, though Kerfoot proceeded to beat him in a game of knockout.
And he let him hear about it by exclaiming, "See ya!"
Who do you think would be the best basketball player on the team? Have your say on RoundTable here.
