Rudy Gobert arrives at the Target Center for tonight’s game against the Mavericks on TNT. The reigning Defensive Player of the Year is averaging a double-double three games into the season, with 10.3 PPG and 12.3 RPG.

What to monitor during tonight’s four games:

The Mavericks travel back to Minnesota for the first time since they punched their ticket to the NBA Finals last season. These teams last met in the 2024 Western Conference Finals, where Dallas ousted the Timberwolves in five games before falling short to the Celtics in the Finals. 

Utah is one of two teams that have yet to secure a win in the 2024-25 season. Sitting at 0-3 to begin their campaign, they’ll be working to put one in the win column when they host the 1-2 Sacramento Kings. 

The re-tooled Warriors will take the floor without Stephen Curry (ankle) and Andrew Wiggins (back). They’ll be looking for contributions from new acquisitions Buddy Hield and Kyle Anderson in their absences. Not to mention second-year man, Brandin Podziemski, who will likely start in Curry’s place when they host the Pelicans.
